Job Description – Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing distribution networks, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence for Helious Specialty Gases across South India. The incumbent will lead a team of sales professionals and ensure achievement of regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Expand sales of Refrigerant Gases, Industrial Gases, Specialty Gases, Helium and related products.
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners across South India.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC, Refrigeration, Pharma, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, contractors, consultants, and key customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Travel extensively across South India for customer meetings and business development.

Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–15 years of sales experience in Refrigerant Gases, Industrial Gases, Specialty Gases, HVAC, Refrigeration, or related industries.
- Proven experience in channel sales and business development.
- Strong network within HVAC, refrigeration, industrial gas, and manufacturing sectors.
- Experience in team handling and regional sales management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Compensation
- *CTC:** ₹10–18 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month
