• *Title:** **Regional Technical Support Engineer**

• *Reporting to \- Regional Service Manager (India).**

• *Location \- Gurugram / Delhi NCR**

• *Responsibility :**

1\. Responsible for PMLS product line service delivery, focusing on rigid scope、energy platform 、surgical products and other products

2\. Channel technical support and training empowerment, including installation, operation, repair, maintenance, disinfection and sterilization, etc.

3\. Follow up on major complaints and solve customer problems in a closed loop

4\. Complete the company's established business indicators, including but not limited to improving customer installation maps, channel backup stock , etc.

5\. New product customer Operation/usage follow\-up, and customer satisfaction follow\-up

6\. Market research on endoscopic services in India and optimization of service strategies

• *Requirements :**

Education: Bachelor's degree or above, Electronics and Biomedical Engineering major preferred;

Experience: Over 2 years of experience as an engineer or technical support staff member in the medical device industry, laparoscopic background preferred;

Knowledge and Skills: Excellent teaching and communication skills; strong information gathering and analysis abilities; adaptable to frequent travel; adaptable to cross\-cultural environments;

English can be used as a working language; overseas study or work experience preferred;

Familiar with computer and office software; IT background preferred.
