Relationship Executive / Business Development Executive - Solar Rooftop

Shivalika Cleantech Projects Pvt. Ltd., a government\-recognized startup in the renewable energy sector, is hiring a Relationship Executive / Business Development Executive for our solar rooftop power plant division, covering residential and commercial buildings in Gwalior.

Key Responsibilities

\- Generate leads and build relationships with residential and commercial clients for solar rooftop installations

\- Conduct client consultations on system planning, panel selection, and financial benefits (subsidies, savings, ROI)

\- Coordinate with the design and installation team to ensure smooth project handoff

\- Follow up with clients post\-installation for service, maintenance, and referrals

\- Meet monthly business development and sales targets

Requirements

\- Prior experience in sales, business development, or field relationship roles (solar/renewable energy background preferred)

\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

\- Self\-motivated with strong local market knowledge of Gwalior

\- Two\-wheeler and valid driving license preferred for client visits

Salary: Rs. 15,000 \- Rs. 22,000 per month, plus best\-in\-industry performance\-based incentives and bonuses.
