• Individual Role
• Training \& Development of the DST Team and DSAs
• Ensure adherence to KYC documents as per the guidelines of the company
• Ensure proper closure of disbursement documentation within the timeline.
• Manager Sales \& distributions through DSA’s
• Empanel new DSA’s from market \& Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs
• Experience in mortgage and working in DSA vertical will be preferred
• Liasoning with Internal teams – Credit, legal, technical, RCU \& Operations

Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to customer \& channel partners.

• Qualification \- Graduate / MBA
• Minimum 4\-6 years of experience
• Banking Product \& Process Knowledge
• Aggressive approach with good communication skills
• Sales and Influencing Skills
