Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, selling

banking products, and achieving assigned business targets.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through leads and referrals.
• Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Sell banking and financial products.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify cross\-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain customer records and CRM data.
• Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal banking teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in banking, sales, BFSI, or relationship management.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Target\-oriented approach.
• Good customer\-handling skills.
• Banking experience preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
