Job Title: Relationship Manager (RM) Department: Sales – Nationalised Bank
Job Location: Assigned Market Job (Kayamkulam and Adoor)
Description
\* Manage TLs and sales teams to achieve targets.
\* Monitor daily sales, dispatches, and team performance.
\* Coordinate with HR for recruitment and manpower requirements.
\* Develop the market and generate new business.
\* Prepare daily reports and ensure target achievement.
Qualification
Any Degree Experience: Sales and team management experience

Experience Required
2 Years as RM or 3 Year as TL
Pay: From ₹30,000\.00 per month
