Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer\-focused **Relationship Manager** with experience in the Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services industry. The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and promoting suitable financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through client references, networking, and relationship building.
• Manage and follow up with clients to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
• Cross\-sell and upsell relevant products and services to existing customers.
• Maintain accurate client records and regularly update management on business activities.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
• **2–8 years of experience in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or related industries.**
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship\-building abilities.
• Customer\-focused approach with the ability to understand client requirements.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

• *Preferred Profile:** Candidates currently working in Banking or Insurance and looking for a growth\-oriented opportunity in relationship management and business development.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
