We are seeking an experienced and client\-focused **Relationship Manager** to act as the key point of contact between our company and clients. The role involves managing client accounts, strengthening relationships, and driving business growth through strategic engagement and service excellence.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long\-term client relationships.
Understand client requirements and recommend effective advertising solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations efficiently.
Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high service standards.
Identify opportunities for upselling and business expansion.
Prepare and share regular reports on client performance and feedback.
*Qualifications \& Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or relationship management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Target\-driven, proactive, and solution\-oriented approach.
Candidate Criteria
Location: Based in Trivandrum
Preference for candidates with experience in **advertising, media, or related industries.**

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
