Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target\-oriented Relationship Officers to join Equitas Small Finance Bank. The role involves acquiring new customers for Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (CASA) and Deposits, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, references, and other lead\-generation activities.
• Acquire new customers for Current Accounts, CASA, Deposits, and other banking products.
• Conduct customer meetings and understand their banking requirements.
• Explain banking products, features, benefits, charges, and documentation requirements.
• Handle account opening procedures and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain regular follow\-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate business through customer references.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
• Promote additional banking products and services to existing customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• **Qualification:** Any Graduate.
• **Experience:** 1–4 years in sales or field sales.
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, Credit Cards, Pharma, Telecom, or Consumer Durables is preferred.
• Candidates with Current Account / CASA acquisition experience will be given preference.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned locality.
• Target\-oriented and self\-motivated approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Fluency in English and the regional language (Tamil).

• Must be comfortable with field sales and daily customer visits.
• Should have a presentable personality and the ability to interact confidently with customers.
• Must be willing to work towards achieving monthly business targets.
