Job Description
We are looking for energetic, self\-driven, and customer\-focused Relationship Officers to join our growing FinTech team. This is a 100% field\-based role responsible for converting qualified leads into corporate clients, onboarding businesses, and promoting our ERP solutions along with loan and advance salary products. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, relationship building, and business development, with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities Corporate Account Acquisition • Visit prospective businesses and corporate clients to convert qualified leads into active corporate accounts. • Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate customers within the assigned territory. • Build and maintain strong business relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. Sales \& Business Development • Promote and demonstrate ERP solutions, loan products, and advance salary offerings to businesses. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial and technology solutions. • Achieve monthly sales, onboarding, and activation targets. Customer Onboarding \& Documentation • Collect, verify, and submit customer KYC documents and other required onboarding documentation. • Ensure complete and accurate documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate with internal Operations, Credit, and Compliance teams for smooth account activation. Relationship Management • Provide end\-to\-end support to corporate clients during the onboarding process. • Resolve customer queries and ensure a superior customer experience. • Maintain long\-term relationships to maximize customer retention. Reporting \& Market Intelligence • Update daily field activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system. • Track lead status and conversion progress. • Share market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback with the reporting manager. Required Qualifications • Graduate (Any Stream) • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Field Sales, FinTech, Banking, NBFC, Business Development, or B2B Sales. • Fresh graduates with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude may also apply. Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
