Remote HR & Recruitment Specialist – US Restaurant Operations

Buddha Burger is seeking an experienced HR \& Recruitment Specialist to manage hiring and recruitment coordination for our US\-based restaurant locations. The role requires excellent English communication skills, experience in high\-volume recruitment, and the ability to coordinate effectively with US\-based candidates and store managers.

Key Responsibilities

• **Recruitment \& Sourcing:** Manage job postings and applications through Indeed, company websites, email, and other recruitment channels. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for restaurant positions.
• **Candidate Pipeline Management:** Build and maintain candidate pools, track applications, follow up with applicants, and ensure a steady pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
• **Interview Coordination:** Schedule interviews and working interviews with candidates and store managers, communicate interview details, collect feedback, and coordinate next steps.
• **Hiring \& Onboarding:** Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, employee documentation, onboarding, and new\-hire orientations.
• **HR Coordination:** Work closely with store managers and head office to understand staffing requirements, follow up on hiring decisions, and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• **Recruitment Reporting:** Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and report on open positions, applications, interviews, offers, and joining status.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands\-on recruitment or HR experience, preferably in high\-volume hiring.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate professionally with US\-based candidates and managers.
• Experience with Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and recruitment tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently and work overnight shifts aligned with US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, QSR, hospitality, or retail recruitment.
• Experience supporting US\-based companies and recruiting hourly employees.

Pay: ₹28,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
