• *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

• *Strategic Marketing \& Communications**

• Develop and implement annual marketing and communications plans that support the organization's mission and strategic priorities.
• Create integrated campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, donations, event participation, and organizational visibility.
• Identify opportunities to expand outreach to donors, patients, families, healthcare professionals, volunteers, corporate partners, and community stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop communications that advance organizational initiatives and priorities.

• *Public Relations \& Media Relations**

• Serve as the primary media contact for the organization.
• Develop press releases, media advisories, public statements, fact sheets, and executive talking points.
• Build relationships with healthcare, nonprofit, philanthropic, local, national, and industry media outlets.
• Secure earned media coverage that highlights the organization's programs, advocacy efforts, research initiatives, events, and impact.
• Support crisis and issues management communications as needed.

• *Fundraising \& Donor Communications**

• Partner with development staff to create donor\-focused marketing materials and fundraising communications.
• Develop stories that demonstrate program impact and inspire philanthropic support.
• Assist with annual appeals, donor stewardship campaigns, sponsorship outreach, grant\-related communications, and special fundraising initiatives.
• Support donor recognition and impact reporting efforts.

• *Content Development \& Storytelling**

• Create compelling mission\-driven content for newsletters, websites, annual reports, fundraising appeals, brochures, program materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Gather and share beneficiary, patient, family, volunteer, and donor success stories that showcase organizational impact.
• Ensure communications accurately reflect the organization's mission, values, and strategic objectives.
• Manage editorial calendars and content production schedules.

• *Event Marketing \& Promotion**

• Lead marketing and promotional efforts for conferences, educational programs, awareness campaigns, fundraising galas, advocacy initiatives, webinars, and community events.
• Develop attendee, sponsor, exhibitor, donor, and volunteer communications.
• Support event registration goals through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate post\-event communications and impact reporting.

• *Brand Management**

• Maintain a consistent organizational voice and brand identity across all communications.
• Ensure all materials reflect the organization's mission, values, and strategic positioning.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and messaging standards.
• Strengthen public understanding of the organization's programs and impact.

• *Website \& Digital Communications**

• Oversee website content strategy and updates.
• Ensure organizational information remains accurate, current, and compelling.
• Manage search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives and website performance improvements.
• Monitor website analytics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and conversions.

• *Analytics \& Reporting**

• Monitor and report on key marketing and communications metrics.
• Measure campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, fundraising support outcomes, and media performance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Use data and insights to improve future marketing and communications efforts.

Pay: ₹75,000\.00 \- ₹84,000\.00 per month
