• *About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our hiring initiatives across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience managing an Indeed Employer Account, including creating and optimizing job postings, sourcing candidates, and managing applicant pipelines. This role requires a strong understanding of U.S. recruitment practices, candidate engagement, and full\-cycle recruiting.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and maintain the company's Indeed Employer Account, including posting, editing, and optimizing job advertisements.
• Create compelling job postings designed to maximize visibility, candidate engagement, and application volume.
• Utilize Indeed Sponsored Jobs, Indeed Apply, and other recruitment marketing tools to attract qualified candidates.
• Monitor job performance metrics, applicant flow, and recruitment campaign effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
• Source and identify qualified candidates using Indeed Resume Search and other online sourcing platforms.
• Review resumes, screen applicants, and assess qualifications based on position requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate tracking within ATS and recruiting systems.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations.

• *Qualifications**

• 2\+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources.
• **Required:** Proven hands\-on experience managing an Indeed Employer Account for job posting, applicant management, and candidate sourcing.
• **Must have Indeed employer account to post jobs**
• Experience recruiting for U.S.\-based positions and familiarity with U.S. hiring practices.
• Strong knowledge of online sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Self\-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
