About the Role

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive Research \& Analyst Intern who enjoys exploring ideas, solving problems, and turning information into actionable insights.

In this role, you will conduct market research, analyse data, study competitors, identify business opportunities, and explore ways to improve business operations. You will also work with AI\-powered tools and research platforms to gather information, evaluate findings, and support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
• Collect, organise, and analyse information from reliable sources.
• Identify patterns, gaps, trends, and potential business opportunities.
• Use AI tools and online resources to improve research efficiency.
• Prepare research reports, summaries, and comparison sheets.
• Verify research findings and maintain accurate information.
• Support business planning and strategic decision\-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve business operations and growth.
• Execute assigned tasks based on research findings and team feedback.
• Document findings and communicate progress effectively.
• Recommend practical solutions to improve business performance.

Tools \& Technologies

Depending on the assigned projects, you may work with

• **Research:** Search engines, industry reports, and online research platforms.
• **AI Tools:** AI\-powered research and productivity tools.
• **Data Analysis:** Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• **Documentation:** Research reports, presentations, and comparison sheets.
• **Other Tools:** Business analytics platforms and internal company systems.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Genuine interest in research, data analysis, and business operations.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organise information and present findings clearly.
• Willingness to take initiative, implement feedback, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using AI tools for research and analysis.
• Basic understanding of data analysis or market research.
• Experience preparing reports or presentations.
• Personal projects demonstrating research, analytical thinking, or problem\-solving skills.

Candidates who demonstrate curiosity, independent thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to turn research into practical actions will be strongly preferred.
