What You Bring to the Table

• 1–3 years of proven experience in market research, business analysis, investment advisory, or real estate intelligence.
• A strong analytical mindset coupled with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated experience in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
• Hands\-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to communicate complex data effectively.
• Comfort and agility in working with diverse data sources and extracting meaningful insights from ambiguous information.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities – you can translate complex data into clear and compelling narratives.
• A genuine passion for the real estate industry, particularly within residential and lifestyle\-focused developments.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Real Estate, engineering, statistics or a related field.
