Research Analyst

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to gather, evaluate, and interpret data from multiple sources. The ideal candidate will identify trends, prepare reports, and provide insights that support strategic decision\-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using primary and secondary sources.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets.
• Identify market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments.
• Prepare research reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks.
• Design surveys, questionnaires, and research methodologies when needed.
• Interpret research findings and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in all related field.
• 1–3 years of research or data analysis experience (entry\-level roles may accept fresh graduates with strong analytical skills).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
