• *Key Responsibilities**

• Technical Leadership \& Product Development
• Lead the core technical functions and manage a small, agile team of researches and engineers.
• Drive new product design and development (D\&D) from conceptualization to commercialization.
• Oversee process improvements and lead troubleshooting efforts for existing manufacturing processes.
• Ensure robust Risk Management protocols are integrated into all development stages.

• *Regulatory, Compliance \& Quality**

• Compile and review CDSCO documentation for new product applications and manufacturing licenses.
• Ensure all R\&D and manufacturing processes comply with medical device regulatory standards.
• Act as the Management Representative(MR) for the company’s quality systems (eg., ISO13485\).

• *Innovation \& IP Management**

• Identify opportunities for technological advancement and file patents to protect company IP.
• Scout, draft, and apply for government and private research grants to fund innovation.

• *Candidate Profile \& Qualifications**

• *Education:** Ph.D. in Biotechnology (Mandatory)

• *Core Technical Knowledge**

• *Candidates must possess strong basic and working knowledge in:**

• Biomaterials (specifically Collagen and Gelatin chemistry)
• Biochemistry \& Molecular Biology
• Microbiology

Tissue Engineering \& Nanotechnology

• *Experience \& Skills**

• Industry Experience: Proven track record in a medical device or advanced wound\-care manufacturing setup.
• Analytical Skills: Strong hands\-on laboratory analytical experience with characterization techniques. Regulatory Exposure: Direct experience with CDSCO guidelines and medical device risk management
• IPR \& Funding: Demonstrated capability in drafting patent applications and securing research grants.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, high passion for innovation, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross\-functional teams and regulatory bodies.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
