Job Description

Spynora Hospitality is seeking a passionate and results\-driven **Resort Sales Executive** to drive room bookings and revenue across our portfolio of resorts and holiday homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both **B2B and B2C sales**, developing relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and converting guest enquiries into confirmed bookings.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality, hotel, resort, or travel sales who enjoys achieving targets and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate room bookings and maximize occupancy for Spynora Hospitality properties.
  • Handle guest enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online booking platforms.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through timely follow\-ups.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate companies, and other B2B partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships to increase bookings.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales.
  • Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on room availability, pricing, promotions, and resort offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum **1 year of experience** in resort, hotel, travel, or hospitality sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • **Proficiency in Property Management System (PMS) software is an added advantage.**
  • Knowledge of OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, or MakeMyTrip is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Malayalam. Hindi is an added advantage.
  • Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and able to work independently.
