• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead initiatives to integrate responsible AI practices into project workflows and deliverables.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to promote awareness of ethical AI standards within the team.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Experience with designing and implementing mitigation strategies for AI systems to ensure ethical compliance.
• Strong understanding of AI system evaluation against responsible and sustainable benchmarks.
• Ability to analyze complex AI models and identify potential ethical risks and biases.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and regulatory requirements related to responsible AI.
• Skilled in collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to align AI development with ethical standards.
