Job Summary

Smaaash Entertainment is looking for a dedicated and customer\-focused **Cashier** to join our Mangalore team. We are seeking candidates with experience in **restaurant cashiering, retail billing, POS operations, or hospitality billing** who can efficiently manage customer transactions while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Candidates from **Restaurants, Cafés, QSR, Retail Stores, Supermarkets, Hospitality, Food \& Beverage, Entertainment, Gaming Centres, Multiplexes, and Mall Operations** are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle billing through POS systems accurately and efficiently.
• Process cash, card, UPI, and digital payment transactions.
• Manage billing for food, beverages, gaming activities, bowling, and other entertainment services.
• Maintain cash balances and perform daily cash reconciliation.
• Prepare daily sales reports and transaction summaries.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service.
• Resolve billing and payment\-related customer queries.
• Coordinate with the operations and F\&B teams to ensure smooth service.
• Follow company billing procedures, cash handling policies, and audit standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier, Billing Executive, Restaurant Cashier, Retail Cashier, or POS Executive.
• Experience in **Restaurants, QSR, Cafés, Retail, Hospitality, Food \& Beverage, Entertainment, Gaming Centres, or Multiplexes** is preferred.
• Hands\-on experience with POS billing software and payment processing.
• Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
