Restaurant Manager - International Brand's (QSR)

We are hiring for a Restaurant Manger for an International Brand at Kozhikode .

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage day\-to\-day restaurant operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
• Achieve sales, profitability, and cost control targets.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and statutory requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high guest satisfaction.

• *Qualifications:**

• Graduate or Diploma holder.
• 3–5 years of experience in the QSR or hospitality industry, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹38,000\.00 \- ₹57,000\.00 per month
