**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our well established restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain high\-quality food and beverage standards, and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Operations*****:**

1\. Manage restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and maintenance.

2\. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

3\. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.

  • **Customer Service*****:**

1\. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

2\. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

3\. Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.

  • **Food and Beverage*****:**

1\. Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

2\. Maintain high\-quality food and beverage standards.

3\. Monitor inventory and control costs.

  • **Financial*****:**

1\. Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting and forecasting.

2\. Monitor sales and revenue growth.

3\. Control labor and operational costs.

  • **Staff Management*****:**

1\. Recruit, train, and develop staff.

2\. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

3\. Foster a positive and productive team environment.

  • **Marketing and Sales*****:**

1\. Develop and implement marketing strategies.

2\. Promote the restaurant through social media and local events.

3\. Drive sales growth through creative initiatives.

  • **Requirements*****:**

1\. 3\+ years of restaurant management experience.

2\. Hospitality or food service management degree preferred.

3\. Proven track record of success in increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

4\. Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

5\. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

6\. Knowledge of Malayalam added advantage
