Improve business performance by connecting with diverse cross\-sections of community; influences outside the store
Integrate customer trends and market/industry knowledge into future strategies and approach to customer service
Maximize store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales, assisting in managing inventory and in controlling materials/employees costs
Wholly accountable for the store’s financial contribution, producing daily, weekly and quarterly financial reports
Ensure proper types and amounts of materials, supplies and merchandise are ordered and stocked
