We are looking for an experienced **Assistant** **Restaurant Manager** to handle daily restaurant operations, lead staff, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and supervise staff
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues
• Monitor sales, inventory, and costs

Requirements

• Experience as Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and hygiene standards
• Ability to work shifts and peak hours
