• *Key Responsibilities:**

· Assist walk\-in clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions, while promoting services and packages.

· Handle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, offering detailed information on services, offers, and discounts.

· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Assist with scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales and service targets.

· Ensure the retail center is well\-maintained, client\-friendly, and track customer feedback for continuous improvement.

• *Qualifications and Skills:**

• *Educational Qualifications:** Graduate in any discipline.

• *Experience:** 1–3 years in retail, sales, or customer service roles

Pay: ₹14,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
