1\. Job Purpose

To drive motorcycle sales, deliver an exceptional premium customer experience, generate new business opportunities, and achieve monthly sales targets at the Kawasaki Ludhiana showroom.

2\. Key Responsibilities

• *A. Sales \& Business Development**

• Attend walk\-in customers and understand their riding preferences, requirements and budget.
• Explain Kawasaki motorcycle models, features, specifications, pricing and ownership benefits.
• Generate enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, digital leads, referrals and local networking.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and coordinate test rides as per company policy.
• Follow up with every prospective customer to convert enquiries into bookings and retail sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and retail targets.

• *B. Customer Relationship Management**

• Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up on quotations, bookings, finance, insurance and registration requirements.
• Keep customers informed about delivery timelines and documentation.
• Maintain a customer database and build long\-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.

• *C. Sales Administration \& Reporting**

• Record all enquiries, walk\-ins, calls, follow\-ups, bookings and retail sales in the designated CRM/DMS.
• Submit daily sales reports and maintain an updated enquiry pipeline.
• Ensure accurate customer documentation and compliance with company and manufacturer processes.
• Coordinate with the accounts, finance, insurance and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.

• *D. Showroom Operations \& Brand Standards**

• Maintain showroom presentation, motorcycle display standards and product information.
• Ensure customers receive a premium and professional buying experience.
• Participate in customer engagement activities, exhibitions, riding events and promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated on Kawasaki products, competitor offerings and market developments.

3\. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly retail sales target achievement.
• Number of qualified enquiries and walk\-in customers.
• Enquiry\-to\-booking and booking\-to\-retail conversion ratios.
• Daily follow\-up compliance and lead closure rate.
• CRM/DMS data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Customer satisfaction, referrals and repeat business.
• Participation in marketing activities and local business development.

4\. Qualifications \& Experience

• Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in automobile or two\-wheeler sales preferred.
• Experience with premium motorcycles or superbikes will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer\-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/DMS systems.
• A genuine interest in motorcycles and the premium automotive segment.

7\. Reporting \& Accountability

The Sales Representative will report to the Sales Manager/Showroom Manager and will be accountable for achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining accurate customer records, ensuring timely follow\-ups and upholding Asco Motors' customer service standards.

• *Success Measure:** Consistently convert enquiries into retail sales while delivering a premium Kawasaki ownership experience.

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
