Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Retail Sales Executive to manage walk\-in customers, drive store sales, and provide an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate has an eye for ethnic fashion, loves styling customers, and knows how to close a sale while building long\-term client relationships.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Warmly welcome and assist customers as they enter the boutique.
• Understand customer preferences and suggest ethnic wear outfits that match their style, occasion, and fit.
• Actively upsell and cross\-sell accessories or matching pieces.
• Maintain the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring all displays, racks, and new arrivals are neatly organized.
• Handle inventory management on the floor, updating stock requirements.
• Build a loyal customer base by ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining contact for new collections.
