About ASCO Motors

ASCO Motors is an established automobile dealership group engaged in two\-wheeler and premium motorcycle sales, servicing, and spare parts. We are looking for a motivated, customer\-focused Sales Executive to join our Yamaha Dilshad Garden showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• **Sales \& Target Achievement**
• Achieve monthly sales targets for Yamaha motorcycles and scooters.
• Convert walk\-in customers, enquiries, and prospective buyers into retail sales.
• Promote relevant models, accessories, finance schemes, and exchange offers.
• **Customer Relationship Management**
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Yamaha products.
• Arrange product demonstrations and test rides.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• **Lead Management**
• Record all enquiries and customer interactions in the dealership's CRM/DMS.
• Follow up on digital leads, telephone enquiries, and showroom walk\-ins.
• Maintain an updated lead pipeline and ensure timely follow\-ups.
• **Sales Documentation \& Delivery**
• Coordinate vehicle bookings, finance, insurance, registration, and invoicing.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely vehicle delivery.
• Explain vehicle features, warranty, and service schedules to customers.
• **Reporting \& Discipline**
• Submit daily sales and enquiry reports to the Showroom Manager.
• Maintain showroom presentation and product display standards.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, accounts, and delivery teams.
• Follow all company policies and Yamaha dealership standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or minimum 12th pass; automobile sales experience preferred.
• Experience in two\-wheeler sales, retail sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/DMS systems.
• Target\-oriented, presentable, disciplined, and proactive.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced showroom environment.

• Monthly retail sales achievement.
• Enquiry\-to\-booking conversion ratio.
• Lead follow\-up compliance.
• Test rides and customer engagement.
• Finance and insurance penetration, where applicable.
• Customer satisfaction and documentation accuracy.
