- *Job Title : Store Manager – Premium Saree Retail**

We are seeking an experienced and business\-driven **Store Manager** to lead end\-to\-end operations of our **premium saree showroom**. The role is responsible for **sales growth, team leadership, customer experience, and operational excellence**, ensuring the store consistently delivers a luxury retail experience.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of **silk sarees, bridal sales, and retail chain**, with the ability to manage large teams and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- *Sales \& Business Growth**
- Drive **daily, monthly, and seasonal sales targets** through effective floor management.
- Personally handle **high\-value customers, bridal appointments, and bulk orders**.
- Plan and execute **festive, wedding\-season, and promotional sales strategies**.
- Analyse sales performance, conversion ratios, and average bill value to improve results.
- *Team Leadership \& People Management**
- Lead, train, and motivate floor managers, sales executives, billing staff, and support teams.
- Ensure strong **product knowledge, selling skills, and service etiquette** across the team.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, productivity, and performance reviews.
- Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and customer\-first culture.
- *Customer Experience \& Brand Standards**
- Ensure every customer receives a **premium, personalized shopping experience**.
- Handle escalations, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Maintain visual merchandising, saree displays, and showroom ambience as per brand standards.
- *Operations \& Inventory Control**
- Oversee stock planning, inward/outward movement, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse and HO for replenishment, fast\-moving styles, and bridal stock.
- Ensure compliance with billing processes, POS accuracy, and store SOPs.
- Maintain statutory, audit, and operational records as required.
- *Reporting \& Coordination**
- Submit daily and monthly sales, stock, and manpower reports to management.
- Coordinate with marketing, HR, and operations teams for smooth store functioning.
- *Qualifications \& Skills**
- 5–8 years of experience as a **Store Manager / Senior Floor Manager** in premium saree or ethnic wear retail.
- Strong knowledge of **silk sarees (Kanchipuram, bridal, soft silk, zari quality, motifs)**.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing **large retail teams**.
- Excellent customer\-handling and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and target\-driven mindset.
- Fluent in **local language \+ English** (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Willingness to work on weekends and during peak festive seasons.
