• Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets.
• Lead and motivate the sales team.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, stock audits, and replenishment.
• Maintain store display, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
• Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and SOP compliance.

• *Qualification:** Graduate
• *Experience:** 2–3 years in retail; Store Manager experience preferred.
• *Skills:** Leadership, sales, customer handling, inventory management, and basic Excel.

• *Salary:** As per experience and company policy.

Pay: ₹17,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
