We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Retail Sales professional with hands\-on experience in Gensets / DG Sets to drive regional sales growth, expand dealer networks, and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Drive retail sales of Gensets / DG Sets in the assigned territory
- Appoint, develop, and manage dealers \& distributors
- Achieve monthly \& annual sales targets
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners and end customers
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- *Mandatory Requirements:**
- 3–10 years of experience in Retail / Channel Sales (Gensets / DG Sets preferred)
- Strong dealer \& distributor network management experience
- Good understanding of regional market dynamics
- Excellent communication \& negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
