• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage the **OTA \& Reservations team**, including KPIs and performance.
• Develop **pricing and revenue strategies** to maximise occupancy, ADR and revenue.
• Manage OTA listings, pricing, inventory, promotions and rate parity.
• Analyse market trends, competitor pricing and booking data to drive decisions.
• Work with Sales, Marketing and Operations to improve **property performance and profitability**.

• *Requirements**

• **3–4\+ years** in OTA, Revenue Management, Reservations, Hospitality or Travel.
• Strong knowledge of **OTAs, PMS, channel managers and pricing strategies**.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
