• *Position Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **RF Design Engineer** with a strong background in wireless network design, RF system engineering, and network deployment strategies. The ideal candidate will possess hands\-on experience designing and optimizing RF solutions in highly dense urban environments and have expertise with T\-Mobile network design processes, databases, and Ericsson wireless technologies.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Perform RF network design and scope development for macro, small cell, and in\-building wireless solutions.
• Analyze and understand RF system design requirements, coverage objectives, capacity planning, and interference mitigation strategies.
• Develop RF design solutions for dense urban markets, including cities such as **New York, San Francisco, and Chicago**.
• Create and review Engineering Method of Procedure (EME) requirements and RF design documentation.
• Design and evaluate **rooftop and ground\-based site solutions** to meet network performance objectives.
• Support site candidate evaluation, design validation, propagation modeling, and coverage analysis.
• Manage and maintain T\-Mobile RF engineering databases and tools.
• Coordinate with cross\-functional teams including deployment, construction, optimization, and project management teams.
• Ensure compliance with wireless industry standards, customer requirements, and network design best practices.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Wireless Communications, or a related technical field.
• 5\+ years of RF Design Engineering experience within wireless telecommunications networks.
• Strong understanding of **RF system design principles**, propagation modeling, link budgets, and network performance metrics.
• Experience working in **dense urban wireless network environments**.
• Familiarity with **EME requirements** and RF solution development.
• Experience designing and implementing **rooftop and ground\-based wireless solutions**.
• Strong hands\-on experience with:
• **Atoll**
• **RFDS (Radio Frequency Data Sheets)**
• **E911 Provisioning**
• **CIQ (Customer Integration Questionnaire)**
• Knowledge of T\-Mobile network design standards and processes.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with **Ericsson wireless solutions**, including

• Macro Cell deployments
• NSD (Network Solution Design)
• Small Cell solutions
• Venue/In\-Building solutions (IBS/DAS)
• Familiarity with LTE, 5G NR, and multi\-band network deployments.
• Strong problem\-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced, customer\-driven environment.
