• *Job Purpose**

The Rigger I is responsible for safely setting up, repairing, aligning, and anchoring rigging equipment and heavy machinery across manufacturing plants, refineries, and offshore construction sites. The primary goal is to carefully control the movement of heavy equipment and transport loads from one place to another while ensuring zero damage to the load, property, or personnel.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lifting Operations: Select cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, blocks, sheaves, and straps based on the specific weight and size of the loads.
• Equipment Control: Professionally operate levers, wheels, or foot pedals to handle heavy rigging systems.
• Inspection \& Maintenance: Set up, brace, and thoroughly inspect hoisting equipment before use; execute minor repairs as needed.
• Technical Interpretation: Review and interpret complex, engineered lift plans, load charts, and structural drawings.
• Alignment \& Anchoring: Oversee the precise alignment, positioning, and anchoring of critical industrial heavy machinery.
• Reporting \& Compliance: Maintain exact shift records of moved materials, document problems encountered, and report non\-conformities.
• HSE Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety, environmental, health regulations, and company\-wide lifting procedures.

• *Job Requirements \& Qualifications**

• Education: Degree in an industrial or mechanical engineering field.
• Certifications: Mandatory Rigger Level I Certification from a Saudi Aramco\-approved 3rd party and an active SA approval card.
• Experience: Minimum 8\+ years of site experience in heavy rigging operations within oil \& gas plants, refineries, or offshore sectors.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of load calculations, spatial perception, and lifting safety standards.
• Physical Fitness: Excellent vision and hearing, ability to work at high elevations, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy items.
• Stamina: Capability to work outdoors in harsh weather conditions and handle high\-pressure environments.

• *Working Conditions \& Benefits Package**

• Basic Salary: 205915\.55 per month
• Food Allowance: 7721\.83 per month
• Accommodation: Free bachelor accommodation provided by the company
• Transportation: Free company transportation provided to and from sites
• Working Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
• Overtime: Eligible for overtime as per company norms.
• Location: Project execution across various regional sites within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
