Job Description

Manage and oversee risk management systems e.g., **Kambala**.
Conduct **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** and stress testing of risk platforms.
Monitor market movements and assess risks on client positions; take action to mitigate risks.
Set and maintain **risk parameters, limits**, and **processes** to ensure effective control.
Oversee **Scrip Profiling**, **Scrip Basketing**, and **Margin Funding (MTF)** risk management.
Interpret and implement regulatory directives from **Exchanges** and **Regulators**.
Proactively monitor regulatory changes, analyze impact, and adjust policies, systems, and procedures.
Segregate and allocate client funds segment\-wise to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with **Compliance, Accounts, Settlement,** and **DP teams** for smooth business operations.
Review and interpret **surveillance alerts** generated from exchanges; take corrective actions.
Regularly assess and improve the **risk management structure** for better control.
Communicate with **internal teams**, **vendors**, and **external stakeholders** regarding risk\-related issues.
Oversee and manage risk related to **MTF products**.

Minimum **3\+ years** of experience in **risk management** in the stockbroking industry.
Strong **analytical skills** to assess complex risks and recommend solutions.
Excellent **oral and written communication** skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
Updated on **regulatory and compliance requirements**; able to implement changes quickly.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a **fast\-paced** environment.
High **attention to detail** with a proactive approach to problem\-solving
