Robotics & AI Field Educator

Role overview

myRobo is hiring Robotics \& AI Field Educators to travel across India, visit schools, and teach children hands\-on robotics and artificial intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to assigned schools, districts and events to run robotics and AI sessions for students from Grades \[3–10].
• Deliver engaging, age\-appropriate workshops: building robots, basic coding, sensors, and how AI works in everyday life.
• Run live demos and school assemblies that spark interest in STEM, including in schools with little prior tech exposure.
• Carry, set up, maintain and safely handle robotics kits, laptops and demo equipment on the road.
• Teach using the myRobo curriculum, and adapt it to local languages, class sizes and available infrastructure.
• Train and support school teachers so they can continue lessons after the visit.
• Coordinate visit schedules, logistics and permissions with school principals and the central team.
• Collect student and teacher feedback, photos and attendance, and file a short report after every visit.
• Spot talented students and help prepare teams for robotics and AI olympiads and competitions.
• Share ideas with the curriculum and product teams to improve lessons and kits.

Qualifications and skills

• *Required**

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, Education or a related field.
• Hands\-on experience with Arduino, microcontrollers, sensors and basic robotics kits.
• Working knowledge of block\-based and text\-based coding (Scratch, Python or C/C\+\+).
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, and the ability to explain them simply.
• Confident public speaking, with a natural way of connecting with children.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; a regional language is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively, stay away from home, and adapt to varied conditions.

• *Preferred**

• 1\+ year of teaching, tutoring, mentoring or STEM outreach experience.
• Experience with 3D printing, IoT or drone kits.
• Experience running workshops or training teachers.
• A valid driving licence and comfort with long road or rail journeys.

Pay: ₹9,900\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
