Job Description
- *Requirements:**
- Hands\-on experience in developing and deploying Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360\)
- Experience with implementing end\-to\-end enterprise level automations using Automation Copilot, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Experience with integrating RPA solutions via APIs, working with REST/SOAP web services, and automating data exchange between systems
- Experience working with Citizen Developers
- Good knowledge of A360 control room (WLM, schedules, credential manager, bot insights \& dashboards)
- Proficiency in languages such as VBScript, Python, or Java to build complex automations and integrations
- Strong understanding of the Robotic Process Automation Development Life Cycle (RDLC)
- Experience in developing reusable automation components that can be used across multiple projects, reducing development time and increasing efficiency.
- Experience in leading and participating in end\-to\-end testing of automated workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and IT teams to ensure RPA solutions align with business needs
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA implementations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.
- *Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3 to 5 years of developer and administrator experience with Automation Anywhere.
- Working knowledge of integrating RPA solutions with Google Workspace suite like Googlesheet, GMail \& Calendar is preferred
- Certification in Automation Anywhere is preferred.(e.g., Advanced RPA Professional, Master RPA Professional)
- Familiarity with Cloud\-based platforms
- Strong communications skills, written and verbal
- Flexible, with the ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks as necessary
- Strong organization, customer service and time management skills
- Ability to work in fast\-paced and dynamic team environment across US and India timezones
