Job Title: RPA UiPath Trainer – Robotic Process AutomationJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled **RPA UiPath Trainer** to deliver high\-quality training to students, freshers, working professionals, and corporate teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), UiPath Studio, workflow automation, and process design.

The trainer should be capable of explaining RPA concepts through practical demonstrations, real\-time business scenarios, hands\-on exercises, and industry\-oriented projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training on RPA fundamentals and UiPath automation tools.
• Explain RPA concepts, automation architecture, and business process automation.
• Provide hands\-on training on UiPath Studio, Studio Web, and UiPath Assistant, as applicable.
• Train participants on sequences, flowcharts, workflows, variables, arguments, and control flow.
• Cover data tables, Excel automation, PDF automation, email automation, and file handling.
• Demonstrate web automation, desktop automation, and application interaction.
• Explain selectors, UI automation activities, and reliable automation techniques.
• Train participants on error handling, debugging, logging, and exception management.
• Cover reusable workflows, libraries, and automation framework design.
• Provide practical training on REFramework (Robotic Enterprise Framework).
• Explain UiPath Orchestrator, including robot management, queues, assets, schedules, and job monitoring.
• Introduce attended and unattended automation, where applicable.
• Demonstrate API integration, database connectivity, and integration with external applications.
• Introduce Document Understanding and AI\-powered automation features, where relevant.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, and hands\-on lab exercises.
• Guide trainees through real\-time projects, business use cases, troubleshooting, and interview preparation.
• Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands\-on knowledge of UiPath and RPA concepts.
• Practical experience with UiPath Studio and automation workflow development.
• Understanding of variables, arguments, selectors, data handling, and control flow.
• Experience automating Excel, PDF, email, web, and desktop applications.
• Knowledge of exception handling, debugging, logging, and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with UiPath Orchestrator, queues, assets, and robot management.
• Understanding of REFramework and reusable automation components.
• Basic knowledge of VB.NET or C\# is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an RPA Developer, UiPath Developer, Automation Consultant, or UiPath Trainer.
• Experience delivering UiPath training to freshers, working professionals, or corporate teams.
• Real\-time experience in RPA implementation, process discovery, development, testing, and deployment.
• UiPath certifications are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Document Understanding, AI Center, and intelligent automation is a plus.
• Experience delivering online training, classroom sessions, or corporate training.
• Ability to guide trainees through end\-to\-end RPA projects and practical business scenarios.
