About Blazly

Blazly is an AI\-powered business growth platform helping startups, SMEs, agencies, and enterprises improve their online visibility and customer acquisition through products including Blazly Social, Blazly Local, SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI Chatbots, and other AI\-powered marketing solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Demonstration \& Sales Executive who can confidently demonstrate our products, understand customer requirements, address objections, and convert qualified prospects into paying customers.

Role Summary

You will work with qualified leads generated by our marketing and lead generation team. Your responsibility is to conduct discovery calls, deliver engaging product demonstrations, build customer confidence, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close subscription sales.

Key Responsibilities

Product Demonstration

\* Conduct professional online product demonstrations via Zoom or Google Meet.

\* Understand customer business goals and recommend the right Blazly products.

\* Demonstrate product features using real business use cases.

\* Customize demos based on the customer’s industry and pain points.

\* Clearly communicate ROI, implementation process, and expected outcomes.

Sales \& Closing

\* Convert qualified leads into paying customers.

\* Handle customer objections with confidence.

\* Explain pricing plans and subscription models.

\* Negotiate within approved commercial guidelines.

\* Prepare quotations and proposals.

\* Follow up consistently until closure.

\* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Customer Relationship Management

\* Maintain complete records in the CRM.

\* Coordinate with Customer Success for onboarding.

\* Ensure smooth handover after the sale.

\* Generate referrals and upsell opportunities.

Market Intelligence

\* Capture customer feedback.

\* Track competitor positioning.

\* Suggest improvements to sales presentations and product messaging.

Required Skills

\* Excellent spoken and written English.

\* Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills.

\* Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.

\* Ability to explain technical products in simple business language.

\* Excellent objection\-handling skills.

\* Strong listening and questioning techniques.

\* Customer\-centric mindset.

\* Highly organized with strong follow\-up discipline.

Preferred Experience

\* 2–5 years in SaaS Sales, Software Sales, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.

\* Experience conducting online product demonstrations.

\* Experience selling subscription\-based software.

\* Experience selling to international customers (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe) is highly preferred.

Tools

Experience with any of the following is preferred

\* HubSpot CRM

\* Zoho CRM

\* Salesforce

\* Google Workspace

\* Zoom

\* Google Meet

\* Microsoft Teams

\* ChatGPT or AI productivity tools

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

\* Conduct 5–8 product demonstrations per day.

\* Maintain a demo\-to\-sale conversion rate of at least 25%.

\* Close 20–30 new customers per month (depending on deal size).

\* Achieve monthly revenue targets.

\* Maintain 100% CRM data accuracy.

\* Respond to qualified leads within 30 minutes during business hours.

\* Achieve high customer satisfaction during the buying journey.
