• *ISC experience along with other IAM/IIQ exp important... preferably can code java and has some development exp in IAM**

• *Job Description**We are looking for an experienced **SailPoint Architect** who can own solution design and technical direction for SailPoint implementations. The candidate should possess strong hands\-on SailPoint expertise along with the ability to guide engineering teams and work directly with customer identity and security stakeholders.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Define and own the overall SailPoint ISC solution architecture.
• Lead solution\-design discussions and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Design identity models, role models, lifecycle processes, source onboarding patterns, and governance solutions.
• Architect integrations with HR applications, Active Directory/Entra ID, ITSM platforms, privileged\-access systems, and business applications.
• Define standards for SailPoint configurations, workflows, rules, connectors, and APIs.
• Guide SailPoint migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Review Engineers' work and provide technical leadership and mentoring.
• Design certification campaigns, SoD policies, approval models, and governance processes.
• Provide technical guidance on scalability, performance, security, and operational supportability.

• *Mandatory Skills**

• **Min 8 years IAM (preferably SailPoint) experience.**
• **Minimum 3\-4 years of hands\-on SailPoint technology experience as an Architect.**
• **Minimum 2 years of experience with SailPoint ISC.**
• Strong hands\-on SailPoint solution architecture and implementation experience.
• Experience designing identity lifecycle management and access\-governance solutions.
• Experience with SailPoint integrations, connectors, REST APIs, workflows, transforms, and rules.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, RBAC, JML, certifications, SoD, provisioning, and access controls.
• Ability to lead technical design discussions and mentor engineering teams.
• Strong customer\-facing and communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹4,500,000\.00 per year
