ISC Experience: Minimum 1\+ year in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

Job Description

We are looking for experienced SailPoint Consultants / Engineers with strong hands\-on

experience in SailPoint technologies. The candidate should have at least 5 years of SailPoint

experience, including a minimum of 1 year working on the SailPoint ISC platform. Strong

communication skills and customer\-facing ability are required.

Key Responsibilities

 Configure and implement SailPoint ISC solutions.

 Work on identity profiles, lifecycle states, access profiles, roles, certifications, access

requests, and workflows.

 Develop and troubleshoot transforms, rules, APIs, SCIM integrations, and connectors.

 Handle application/source onboarding, aggregation, correlation, and provisioning.

 Support SailPoint integrations with systems such as Active Directory/Entra ID, HR platforms, ITSM tools, and business applications.

 Troubleshoot production issues and support configuration promotion between sandbox and production environments.

 Work closely with Architects and customer teams to deliver SailPoint requirements.

Mandatory Skills

 5\+ years of hands\-on SailPoint experience.

 Minimum 1 year of hands\-on SailPoint ISC experience.

 Hands\-on experience with SailPoint configuration and implementation.

 Experience with sources/connectors, provisioning, aggregation, and correlation.

 Experience with transforms, workflows, rules, and REST APIs.

 Strong understanding of Identity Governance concepts including JML, RBAC, certifications, least privilege, and SoD.

 Good verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Requirement

Candidates should be comfortable with a customer\-facing environment. A subset of the overall team, around 2–4 resources, may need to support occasional weekend or night shifts when required.

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹2,000,000\.00 per year
