We are looking for an experienced **SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Implementation Consultant** with strong expertise in Identity Governance \& Administration (IGA), Identity \& Access Management (IAM), application onboarding, provisioning, and access governance to support enterprise identity security initiatives.

• *Role Summary:**

The SailPoint ISC Implementation Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions across enterprise environments. The role involves application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, certifications, and ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements while working closely with business stakeholders, application teams, and security teams.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Implement and configure SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) based on approved requirements and solution designs
• Set up and administer ISC tenants including organization configuration, identity profiles, access profiles, entitlements, governance groups, and audit settings
• Onboard applications and sources into SailPoint ISC through connector configuration, aggregation schedules, provisioning settings, and entitlement mapping
• Troubleshoot aggregation, provisioning, connector, and access request issues while coordinating with application and infrastructure teams
• Support SIT, UAT, and production go\-live activities including testing, defect resolution, and validation
• Create implementation documentation, onboarding guides, runbooks, SOPs, and support handover documents
• Configure identity lifecycle management workflows including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes
• Implement access governance processes such as access requests, approvals, certifications, policies, and access reviews
• Ensure SailPoint configurations align with enterprise security, compliance, and audit requirements
• Support deployment cutover, hypercare activities, monitoring, and post\-production optimization

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• 5\+ years of experience in Identity \& Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance \& Administration (IGA)
• Hands\-on experience implementing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
• Strong understanding of IAM and IGA concepts including access requests, approvals, role management, entitlement management, certifications, and segregation of duties (SoD)
• Experience onboarding applications and integrating enterprise systems with SailPoint ISC
• Knowledge of SailPoint ISC components including identity profiles, access profiles, governance groups, entitlements, certifications, and provisioning processes
• Experience troubleshooting provisioning, aggregation, and connector\-related issues
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in enterprise security and compliance\-driven environments

• *Preferred Experience:**

• **SailPoint ISC Implementation** – Tenant configuration, application onboarding, aggregation, provisioning, and governance workflows
• **Identity Governance** – Access certifications, access reviews, policy management, role and entitlement governance
• **Integrations** – Active Directory (AD), LDAP, Azure AD / Entra ID, Workday, SCIM, REST APIs, and enterprise application integrations
• **Automation \& Scripting** – Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, REST APIs, and JSON\-based integrations
• **Security \& Compliance** – Audit readiness, least privilege implementation, compliance reporting, and governance controls
• **Infrastructure Knowledge** – Windows, Linux/Unix, networking fundamentals, DNS, firewall, and SaaS/cloud integration troubleshooting

• *Education:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

• *Preferred Certifications:**

• SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Certification
• SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow Certifications
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) – Preferred
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• CompTIA Security\+ / CISSP / CISM – Advantage
• Cloud Certifications such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud – Preferred
