Job Description

  • *Job Description:**

We are hiring a dynamic and target\-oriented Sales Executive / Academic Counselor / Business Development Executive to drive course enrollments. The role focuses on lead conversion, student counseling, and revenue generation by promoting our online and offline programs.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and follow\-ups
  • Counsel prospective students and guide them in choosing the right course
  • Explain course features, benefits, pricing, and career outcomes
  • Convert leads into enrollments through effective sales strategies
  • Perform lead nurturing, objection handling, and closing deals
  • Maintain CRM records, track follow\-ups, and manage the sales pipeline
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience
  • *Requirements:**
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
  • Interest in sales, counseling, and business development
  • Basic understanding of sales funnel, lead generation, and conversion
  • Ability to work in a target\-driven environment
  • Freshers with passion for sales \& experienced candidates are welcome
  • *Preferred Skills (Plus):**
  • Telecalling / Inside Sales experience
  • Academic counseling or EdTech sales background
  • CRM tools knowledge
