Sales and Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Marketing \& Sales Executive or Assistant with 2–4 years of experience, preferably in the Pre\-Engineered Building (PEB) . The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting PEB products and solutions, and supporting the company's sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Sales \& Business Development

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the PEB industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and industrial customers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and online platforms.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate for suitable PEB solutions.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

2\. Client Coordination \& Reporting

• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments for client requirements and project updates.
• Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and lead records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure timely follow\-ups and maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Skills \& Competencies

• 3–4 years of experience in Sales \& Marketing, preferably in the PEB.
• Good understanding of PEB buildings.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and develop new business.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
• Proactive attitude with strong follow\-up and relationship\-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in PEB, structural steel, roofing, cladding.
• Existing contacts with industrial clients, consultants, architects, and contractors will be an advantage.
• Target\-oriented and self\-motivated professional.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
