We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented **Sales Executive** to drive business growth for the Delhi Clinic through lead generation, local marketing initiatives, corporate partnerships, and customer engagement activities. The role requires strong relationship management, sales acumen, and coordination skills to enhance clinic visibility, increase conversions, and build strategic partnerships.
- *Key Responsibilities1\. Lead Generation \& Sales Conversion**
- Manage and follow up on inbound and outbound leads.
- Qualify and filter warm leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with dietitians and internal teams to ensure effective consultations and closures.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Ensure timely follow\-up and lead closure to drive clinic growth.
- *2\. Local Marketing \& Brand Visibility**
- Execute local marketing initiatives to increase awareness and footfall.
- Develop referral networks with doctors, gyms, sports academies, diagnostic centers, and Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs).
- Organize and participate in on\-ground promotional activities and campaigns.
- Enhance the clinic's presence within the local community.
- *3\. Corporate Partnerships \& Business Development**
- Identify and establish corporate wellness partnerships and tie\-ups.
- Coordinate health camps, seminars, wellness workshops, and employee engagement programs.
- Build relationships with corporate HR teams, insurance companies, and external stakeholders.
- Explore new opportunities to expand business and increase revenue.
- *4\. Marketing \& Content Coordination**
- Coordinate with marketing and media teams for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support the creation of clinic\-related content, testimonials, and videos.
- Assist in social media initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing activities and campaigns.
- *5\. Webinar \& Event Management**
- Organize webinars, awareness sessions, and educational workshops.
- Conduct engagement programs with corporates, schools, colleges, and sports academies.
- Coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth execution.
- Generate leads and brand awareness through educational and wellness initiatives.
- *6\. Diagnostics \& Strategic Partner Coordination**
- Act as the primary point of contact for 1 Chaze, Imusath, and diagnostic\-related activities.
- Coordinate requirements and follow\-ups with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure seamless communication and timely execution of projects and services.
- Support effective stakeholder management and customer experience.
- *7\. Reporting \& Process Compliance**
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer data.
- Track sales, marketing, and business development activities.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and reporting standards.
- *Desired Qualifications \& SkillsEducation**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Clinic Operations, Healthcare Sales, or Corporate Partnerships.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, or fitness industries will be an added advantage.
