Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and well\-organized Sales \& Marketing Executive to support our B2B sales and marketing operations. The candidate will be responsible for customer coordination, handling sales enquiries, following up with clients and providing back\-office support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle B2B customer enquiries through calls, emails and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with existing and potential customers regarding product enquiries.
• Follow up with clients on quotations, proposals and business enquiries.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents and other necessary reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and order updates.
• Maintain customer databases and records of enquiries and follow\-ups.
• Provide back\-office support to the sales and marketing team.
• Assist in generating business leads and managing client communication.
• Ensure timely responses to customer queries and provide appropriate support.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing or back\-office operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is mandatory).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email communication.
• Strong customer coordination and follow\-up skills.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.

Important Note

• This is a back\-office B2B sales and marketing role.
• No sales targets.
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing or industrial products will be preferred.
