• Identify and develop new business opportunities for freight forwarding, customs clearance, logistics, and shipping services through client visits, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with exporters, importers, shipping lines, CHA partners, and corporate clients to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate pricing, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into long\-term business opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments while providing timely updates to clients.
