Employment Type: Full\-Time About RAJ CNC Cutting RAJ CNC Cutting specialises in CNC router cutting, laser cutting and customised cutting solutions for businesses, designers and professionals. We are looking for a proactive and target\-oriented Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities and bring in orders through outbound calling and relationship building. Key Responsibilities 1\. Cold Calling \& Lead Generation \- Make outbound calls to interior designers, architects, event managers, exhibition companies, contractors, furniture manufacturers and other potential customers. \- Identify businesses and professionals who require CNC or laser cutting services. \- Generate new business leads through calling, WhatsApp and other channels. 2\. Sales \& Order Conversion \- Understand customer requirements and explain RAJ CNC Cutting's services. \- Promote CNC cutting, laser cutting and customised fabrication solutions. \- Follow up with interested prospects and convert enquiries into confirmed orders. \- Negotiate pricing and coordinate with the production team to close orders. 3\. Client Relationship Management \- Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects and event agencies. \- Develop repeat business opportunities from existing customers. \- Maintain a database of prospects, enquiries and follow\-ups. 4\. Sales Reporting \- Maintain daily calling and follow\-up reports. \- Track enquiries, quotations, orders and conversion rates. \- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Target Customer Segments \- Interior Designers \- Architects \- Event Management Companies \- Exhibition \& Stall Fabricators \- Furniture Manufacturers \- Carpenters and Contractors \- Advertising \& Signage Agencies \- Retail Display Manufacturers \- Set Designers and Production Houses Required Skills \- Good communication and convincing skills. \- Confidence in making cold calls. \- Strong negotiation and follow\-up abilities. \- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp. \- Ability to generate leads and close sales. \- Prior experience in telecalling or B2B sales is preferred.
