Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Sales \& Marketing Manager to lead real estate sales, marketing activities, customer relationship management, and business development to achieve company targets and drive business growth.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential customers.
• Manage property sales, site visits, client negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and lead\-generation strategies.
• Monitor sales performance, lead conversion, and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online promotions and lead management.
• Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates for management.
• Ensure effective customer service and achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of real estate sales, marketing, and property development.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in lead generation, customer handling, and closing property deals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting.

Preferred Experience

• *Candidates with a real estate background, especially in residential plots, land development, property sales, and real estate project marketing, will be given preference.**

Salary

As per experience and company norms, with attractive performance\-based incentives.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
