We are looking for an energetic, creative, and results\-driven **Marketing Manager** to spearhead our student acquisition campaigns, community outreach, and brand positioning across Thane.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Hyper\-Local \& Society Marketing:** Plan and execute targeted outreach programs in residential townships (Manpada, Kolshet, Hiranandani Estate) through society notice board campaigns, kiosks, and direct parent engagement.
• **Digital \& Social Media Growth:** Manage digital channels, run performance\-driven local ad campaigns (Meta/Google), and showcase student success stories, seminars, and workshops.
• **School \& Institutional Partnerships:** Drive collaborative initiatives, school outreach events (such as science workshops and academic seminars), and educational enrichment tie\-ups.
• **Collateral \& Campaign Management:** Oversee the creation of high\-impact marketing collateral, career\-path infographics, brochures, and lead\-generation campaigns.
• **Admission Funnel Optimization:** Track admission inquiries, manage outreach metrics, and work closely with the leadership team to hit quarterly enrollment targets.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications:**

• **Experience:** 3\+ years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, or growth operations—preferably within education, coaching institutes, or service\-based retail.
• **Languages:** **Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi** for smooth local coordination and parent communication.
• **Skills:** Excellent communication, strong grasp of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Local SEO, WhatsApp marketing), and deep familiarity with the Thane residential and educational landscape.
